Partial drafts of Tag Court Jury Instructions are avaliable now. They contain preliminary instructions and instructions as to the law in civil cases.

To access jury instructions not covered in the draft Tag Court Jury Instructions, you can use the Florida jury instructions. For federal jury instructions, each circuit has its own set but they don't cover all the same material. Try the 11th Circuit's jury instructions.

Jury Trials

Due to school constraints, we may be unable to arrange a jury trial in your case. Persons requesting a jury trial may need to pay the jury fee in advance.
